CHOOSE: Selfless OR Selfish
CHOOSE: Selfless OR Selfish

Now anyone who’s been around me knows that I always strive to remain humble, even when I’m paid flattering compliments. My passion is training and helping both sport and life athletes realize that they already possess all of the raw materials that they need to be GREAT, I’m just there to help them unleash and develop them.

I commit a lot of resources to increasing my knowledge base so that I offer my athletes and clients the most practical and effective training methods and solutions that will ensure their success both on and off the field (or court depending on the sport). Believe it or not, every single compliment that I receive is confirmation that I’m traveling down the right path in order to help individuals set and reach their goals.

My athletes and clients are my main priority and any recognition that I receive will just provide more credibility to the passion that I have for serving humanity as a whole. This is my purpose, this is my passion and this is why I breathe.

Each morning I wake up I am grateful for another day full of opportunities to help individuals on their journeys to greatness. Most people label compliments and praise as boosts to the ego, but when I receive them I get a boost of inspiration to my soul in order to become more Selfless.  If you let your ego control your beliefs and behaviors, you will turn into an individual no one likes to be around because you are Selfish.

I am NOT driven by money or accolades, my drive comes from within…a hunger to provide quality service and solutions to all of those that choose to trust and follow my influence.

I choose to be Selfless in EVERYTHING I do!

Will you choose to be Selfless or Selfish?

The choice is yours!

Train hard, help somebody and recover fast.

P.S.  This is what Joe Wuebben, Senior Features Editor for Muscle & Fitness magazine, had to say about me in his blog on the up and coming feature of one of my “Kinetic Prototypes” in the October issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine.

“I spoke with Williams for a few hours while in Columbus, and he really knows his stuff.”
