Will you "Raise the Bar"?
When I first began reading “Raising the Bar” by Dave Tate I didn’t really know what to expect. This is a man that I had grown to respect as a lifter, trainer and business man.
Now I have to admit that Dave can be very intimidating, being the large and strong man that he is, but the one thing that I can say is that Dave is a real person.
I’ve read many books on training, business, self-help and inspiration, but I never expected to find all of these topics in one exciting page turn after another. Dave’s transparency in the book is unbelievable. He doesn’t censor or sugar coat anything within the book. Even as I am in the process of finishing my book, the 10 Kinetic Laws of Performance, I will definitely be referencing the book when I need an extra kick to get things done or when I need inspiration to overcome a writing block.
Whenever you hear truth you know it’s the truth, not by the words that you comprehend with your mind but the feeling that you get deep within the essence of who you are. There were times when I had to put the book down and walk away for few a days because of the similar personal experiences that I had in common with Dave.
David Tate speaks the truth being the father, husband and business owner that he is. His resilience shows that when life deals you a bad hand, never fold, you just keep moving forward and play out the hand until you get that royal flush that leads you straight to your passion that will allow for you to have a positive impact on the livesĀ of everyone who you encounter along your path to greatness.
Life is not about being self-centered it’s about centering your God-given talents and gifts on your passionĀ in order to serve humanity so that you can help others get on the path to finding their passion.
So if you want to “Unleash Your Potential” in both sport and life while learning great principles to live by, then I suggest you go here to grab your own copy of “Raising the Bar” by Dave Tate.
I officially am giving “Raising the Bar” the “10 Laws Strong!” elite stamping.
Train hard, help somebody and recover fast.
“10 Laws Strong!”
