After doing some research and listening to a trainer, that I’ve grown to respected professionally, named Jason Ferruggia I started to realize that maybe choosing to stop consuming dairy wouldn’t be the end of the world. Over the past few months I’ve been having a lot of adverse reactions to dairy consumption especially cheese and whey protein.
Now I come from a family where southern cooking is the norm, and drenching everything in cheese is everyday living. And with my frequent training, whey protein had become a main staple for me. But I noticed that over the years I started to experience episodes of cramping that left me bent over and sometimes even dropping me to my knees.
