curseboxAt times we learn very important lessons in life, whether it comes from our family, coaches, or friends. Every experience we have serves the purpose of making us stronger and more resilient. But I admit at times I just really feeling like dropping the “F” bomb.

Now I’m not talking about the “F” bomb that contains 4 letters, I am talking about the word F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-O-N! The word “frustration” essentially means to be defeated. I have to admit that this morning I was feeling really frustrated. But in actuality I was feeling defeated about somethings.

Life is full of choices, and no matter what anyone tells you, we all choose the way that we feel. So if I wanted to walk around feeling frustrated it’s a choice. If I want to accept defeat it’s a choice. Today I choose to remove this “F” bomb from my vocabulary and focus on things and people that empower me to grow.

I feel better already!

So the next time you start to feel frustrated, which may make you want to drop the 4-letter “F” bomb, choose to regain control and start to focus on those things or people that make you feel empowered.
