Rob Williams has a passion for physical training and holistic education. This passion inspired Rob to develop training and learning systems designed to equip athletes with the skills and knowledge to become elite level performers to build and sustain their legacy in both sport and life. Rob has created the elite stamping “10 Laws Strong!” that encompasses the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve an elite level of performance in both sport and life.
My Education
Rob Williams received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from The Ohio State University, and his Master of Science degree in Exercise Science specializing in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from the California University of Pennsylvania.
My Experience
His sports performance coaching career began at his Alma mater where he served as a Student/Intern Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Football and continued on the strength staff after graduation.
Over the past seven years Rob has accumulated over 10,000 training hours helping both student and professional athletes, along with former competitive athletes, to develop both physically and mentally through his holistic athletic development training programs.
My National Influence

Rob is a nationally sought after speaker in the fields of training, nutrition and life development. His
philosophies and training systems have been featured in both Muscle & Fitness and Men’s Fitness magazines. He has also had the opportunity to educate many athletes, coaches and parents at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, Football University, the U.S. Army High School Combine, and the Kirk Herbstreit High School Football Classic along with a host of other regional events as well.
My Certifications, Affiliations and Credentials
Rob is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a performance enhancement specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He currently lives in Columbus, OH with his wife Erica.
