This is a key exercise used during our warm-ups to get the hips mobilized and the adductors warmed up to prepare for movement.

This is a must exercise in your dynamic warm-up arsenal.

Perform 1 set of 8-15 reps to each side before squating, deadlifting, sprinting or any lower body conditioning. This is also good in make sure you have enough extensibility (ability for the muscle to stretch) in your adductors (inner thigh and groin muscles) to prevent groin pulls and other injuries.
