By now you should be anxious to figure out what the 10 Kinetic Laws of Performance are. If you’re not then you should be. When when you see or hear “10 Laws Strong!” I am referring to the 10 essential elements that are needed to create the ultimate athlete. I didn’t plan on revealing the laws until the book was released but I just couldn’t wait.
So without further ado, here is the list of the 10 Kinetic Laws of Performance:

Now there you have it. So from now when I see you or hear “10 Laws Strong!”you will now understand that these 10 laws encompass your ability to “Unleash Your Potential” in both sport and life.
