The Internet is just overloaded with tons of information in regards to performance training.  There is so much information out there that it is hard to filter through information to see what is high quality and useful and what is poor quality and useless.

PROBLEM 2…THE BOOKSTORES

Bookstores are almost just as bad. It doesn’t matter which local bookstore chain you visit, it is easy to become overwhelmed with the endless number of books that all claim to have the answers and solutions for your questions and problems.  Even though there are a lot of great sources out there, most of them are filled with so much technical jargon that it becomes more frustrating when seeking true and practical information.
