When you’re an athlete who trains hard, protein is a much needed staple to help with recovery.
But, my question to you is…do you know what “kind” of meat you’re eating?
Would you be comfortable eating “cloned” meat?
We have no idea of the adverse side effects that could arise from eating cloned meat. And the crazy thing about it is that this “cloned” meat will not be labeled any differently than meat that came from an animal that was conceived and born the way nature created.
A trainer from New Jersey named Jason Ferruggia gives simple advice when it come to nutrition…eat like a caveman. Do you think cavemen would eat “cloned” meat? The only way to be sure you will not be eating cloned meat is to purchase USDA certified Organic meat.
Now organic meat does cost a little more than conventional meat, but my question to you is…would you rather pay a little extra now or risk having to pay a lot later if you were to become ill? Not to mention that higher quality will always provide more value.
The choice is yours.
Train hard, help somebody and recover fast.
